A Few Words About Us

Javilian Civils (Pty) Ltd is an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Civils company operating in the growing field of optic fibre. We offer ICT infrastructure civil and fibre services. Javilian has operated in the fibre installation industry for over 6 years, building and operating as principal and subcontractor for Vodacom, Vumatel and Metro Fibre, as well as completing various other projects for end fibre network users. Our project management team managed some of the first core and REACH builds for Vumatel. Our team is diverse in its background and have skills not only in fibre installation, but construction, government infrastructure deployment, affordable housing project finance and community upliftment projects.

Modern Equipment

Fibre in South Africa has rolled out at a tremendous pace with a core focus on 3 Million High LSM users, most of which have fibre access. Javilian believes that a massive opportunity exists in providing fibre to the lower LSM (approx.2 Million) and middle LSM (approx. 5 Million) end users.

By working closely with the Developers, FNO’s and ISPs on these areas we strive to make a difference in these untapped communities by adding value to their living experience and providing them with a more affordable means of communication. To provide this product fibre connections must be cheap, pay as you go and with free installation while maintaining reasonable band width. To supply the market with this product, the Fibre Network Owners must ensure fibre installation costs are kept down. In trying to achieve this installation cost reduction Javilian has looked at the fibre installation value chain and has implemented certain cost saving procedures by homing in on operational efficiencies to ensure connections are as cost effective as possible.
