Competent Project Management

Our experienced project department is focussed on the implementation, planning, design, surveying and building of networks. We implement both fibre and wireless networks within SDU’s, MDUs, commercial and residential properties. We conduct initial feasibility studies to ensure project viability. We also have experience on value added services like fibre linked surveillance cameras.

Health and Safety compliance is important to us especially under the current pandemic environment. This function is managed by an independent service provider under a service level agreement. The agreement covers amongst others:

Development, implementation and inspection of Health and Safety requirements which are project based and dependent on the client’s specification and the OHSACT requirements.

Ensuring that the Health and Safety plan complies with the requirements of the client specification and OHS legislation.

Ensuring that the main contractor is executing their duties in terms of the OHS Act and CR 7 specifically, performing monthly audits on sub-contractors in terms of CR 7 © (viii) and performing agreed site visits.
